Around 15 minutes before 2pm, you may enjoy the artistic talents of Ana and Drew as the start to the official Ceremony draws near. Family will have special reserved seating near the front.

Matt Cole will be Anna’s and Bobby’s officiant on this special day.

The family hope to begin promptly at 2pm; however, there will be a hold if necessary to make sure all family members arrive safely. Thank you for your patience!

Bobby, Anna, and Matt plan on this ceremony lasting no more than a hour, maybe less.

The newlyweds will need a bit of time to get official photos with their family and their photographer, Donald Campbell. And you may find a few of their friends will help in the transition by asking guests, who are able and comfortable, to move some of the chairs and tables. While the family will be under the magnolia tree near all the guests, it will be gently fenced off while all other guests can enjoy select light refreshments and any beverages! As everything is self serve, please see notes for any ingredients or general allergen warnings next to each dish. And please hold off on any dishes with signs directing to ‘wait until the reception, please’. ☺️

Our Officiant now becomes the MC of the party! Matt Cole will start the party off with a special event ‘first bite’ with the newlyweds and Cloud (their dog!).

Family will get a chance to begin the meal first, and Matt will let all the guests now when they can join in and grab a plate. 🍽️

Matt will help us all enjoy this special meal with the couple and direct to your attention to any little special events through out the day!

Anna and Bobby plan to go with the flow on when to wrap up the wedding. But may decide to make sure things are much quieter by 8pm out of a respect and appreciation for their kind neighbors.
